The Senior Leadership Accelerator (SLA) explores crucial transitional challenges and leadership approaches key to early senior leader success. This program provides individual development through an executive leadership assessment, a 3-day leadership development workshop created in partnership with Ivey school of business, and optional elective sessions, that allow participants to focus on skills specific to their own development needs. Invited participants have the opportunity to collaborate with their peers and learn from Intact senior leaders who assist with the facilitation of the program.
