The Sequential Training Essential for Progression and Success (STEPS) is a program designed to onboard and progress a new hire to a senior underwriter. STEPS uses a blended learning approach of eLearning modules, virtual instructor-led sessions, and the support of success partners and managers to ensure underwriters are onboarded and upskilled as quickly as possible to be successful in their role.
Personal Lines Senior STEP prepares the underwriter level II for the senior underwriter role by providing soft skills training on building strong relationships with brokers, coaching, change management, negotiation, problem solving and impactful facilitation, and through peer learning roundtables focused on collaborative problem solving with case studies.
This learner has completed all the requirements, passed all the assessments, and successfully graduated from the Personal Lines Senior STEP.
