Sequential Training Essential for Progression and Success (STEPS) is a program designed to help onboard underwriting teams and progress them more easily from one role to the next within the department. The program uses a blended learning approach of eLearning modules, job aids, virtual instructor-led sessions, and the support of success partners and managers to ensure underwriting teams are onboarded and upskilled in the most reasonable amount of time.
Personal Lines STEP2 prepares the learner to function as an underwriter level I by introducing the fundamentals of underwriting personal insurance risks, while focusing on Intact personal lines products and guidelines.
This learner has completed all the requirements, passed all the assessments, and successfully graduated from the PL STEP2 Program.
