Commercial Lines P&C STEP 2

The Sequential Training Essential for Progression and Success (STEPS) program includes four steps to onboard and progress a new hire to a senior underwriter. STEPS uses a blended learning approach of eLearning modules, virtual instructor-led sessions, and the support of success partners and managers to ensure underwriters are onboarded and upskilled as quickly as possible to be successful in their role. Commercial Lines Property & Casualty (CL P&C) STEP2 builds on fundamental underwriting topics and introduces the key functions of the underwriter level 1 role. This learner has completed all the requirements, passed all the assessments, and successfully graduated from the CL P&C STEP2 Program.
