Mental Health Leadership Program - Level 1

By the end of the Mental Health Leadership Training, leaders will learn how to:

• Identify key mental health concepts, including the differences between mental health and mental illness.

• Understand their impact and role, as a leader, with regards to mental health in the workplace and understand how stigma can impact individuals.

• Apply active listening techniques to foster compassion and support mental health, where listening with care builds connection, improves mental health, and aligns the team toward shared success.
