Sequential Training Essential for Progression and Success (STEPS) is a program designed to help onboard underwriting teams and progress them more easily from one role to the next within the department. The program uses a blended learning approach of eLearning modules, job aids, virtual instructor-led sessions, and the support of success partners and managers to ensure underwriting teams are onboarded and upskilled in the most reasonable amount of time.
Personal Lines STEP1 introduces personal lines underwriting systems and basics of personal lines underwriting.
This learner has completed all the requirements, passed all the assessments, and successfully graduated from the PL STEP1 Program.
