Commercial Lines P&C STEP 1

The Sequential Training Essential for Progression and Success (STEPS) program includes four steps to onboard and progress a new hire to a senior underwriter. STEPS uses a blended learning approach of eLearning modules, virtual instructor-led sessions, and the support of success partners and managers to ensure underwriters are onboarded and upskilled as quickly as possible to be successful in their role. Commercial Lines Property & Casualty (CL P&C) STEP1 introduces commercial lines underwriting systems, fundamental underwriting topics, and the key functions of the underwriter assistant role. This learner has completed all the requirements, passed all the assessments, and successfully graduated from the CL P&C STEP1 Program.
