Commercial Lines P&C STEP 3

The Sequential Training Essential for Progression and Success (STEPS) program includes four steps to onboard and progress a new hire to a senior underwriter. STEPS uses a blended learning approach of eLearning modules, virtual instructor-led sessions, and the support of success partners and managers to ensure underwriters are onboarded and upskilled as quickly as possible to be successful in their role. Commercial Lines Property & Casualty (CL P&C) STEP 3 provides knowledge and experience on underwriting complex commercial business exposures such as manufacturing, wholesale, pollution, oil and gas, production machinery, construction, and US exposures. The program upskills the learner to perform as an underwriter level II. This learner has completed all the requirements, passed all the assessments, and successfully graduated from the CL P&C STEP3 Program.
