The Strategic Leader Journey aims to drive a growth mindset, increase agility, foster collaboration and build performance. This program equips existing leaders to overcome the challenges they face now and in the future. The Strategic Leader Journey: • Builds on core leadership skills. • Guides front-line leaders to develop strategic capabilities while continuing to lead with our Values and focus on people. By the end of the Strategic Leader Journey participants will: • Have the tools and knowledge to enhance their strategic point of view and leadership agility. • Develop skills to build strong relationships and collaborate with colleagues. • Apply leadership skills that are aligned with Intact Leadership Success Factors and Values.
