Aspiring Leader

The Aspiring Leader Journey aims to catalyze the growth of emerging leaders early in their careers. This program focuses on the transition from being an individual contributor to leading at Intact. The Aspiring Leader Journey: • Covers the fundamentals of leadership, communication, and feedback. • Develops important leadership capabilities such as coaching and motivating others. By the end of the Aspiring Leader Journey, participants will: • Have the tools and knowledge to ease the transition from individual contributor to leader. • Apply core leadership skills that are aligned with Intact Leadership Success Factors. • Begin development of advanced and future-oriented leadership capabilities.
