ACE Broker Relationships
ACE Broker Relationships is a program designed to give underwriters the key tools and knowledge needed to create and maintain strong relationships with our brokers. The ACE acronym represents the following three essential roles underwriters should adopt when working with brokers:
• An Advocate is an underwriter who supports or promotes the interests of a broker and the broker’s customers.
• A Consultant is an underwriter who provides the broker with expert advice to meet the broker’s needs.
• An Expert is an underwriter who has comprehensive and authoritative knowledge of the broker and Intact’s products and services.
This learner has successfully completed all requirements of the ACE Program, including completion of four eLearning courses, case study worksheets, and attendance in four Underwriter Exchange sessions.

Earning Criteria
Required
Completion of over 8 hours of formal training provided by the Operational Performance Learning & Development team.
Completion of multiple case studies associated with the formal training.
Involvement in roundtables with subject matter experts and peers to discuss application of the learning on the job.
